Analysis on Cost Influence Factors of Basic Oxygen Virtual Steelmaking Based on Steel University Website

摘要 基于钢铁大学网站虚拟炼钢模块,以建筑钢为例探讨了转炉虚拟炼钢成本的影响因素。虚拟炼钢模块依据最终的冶炼时间、出钢量、出钢温度、钢液成分以及渣成分进行判定,对判定合格后的模拟冶炼进行成本对比,以研究冶炼时间、出钢量、出钢温度、兑钢水量以及其他消耗等因素对冶炼成本的影响规律。经过数百次模拟冶炼,提取出冶炼成功并有效的174组数据进行分析,主要结论为:冶炼时间越短,成本越低;提高出钢量有利于降低成本;为了降低成本,应该尽量降低出钢温度。 The cost influence factors were discussed based on the basic oxygen virtual steelmaking of Steel University.According to the smelting time, tapping quantities, tapping temperature, composition of liquid steel and slag composition,the cost of simulation was judged to clear the influence of smelting time, tapping quantities, tapping temperature, molten iron, other consumption and other factors on the cost of simulation. Based on the hundreds of simulation results, 174 groups of successful and effective data were analyzed, and the main conclusion is that the shorter the smelting time, the lower the cost. Increasing the tapping quantities could reduce the cost. To reduce the simulation cost, the tapping temperature should be reduced.
