摘要
为了提高风冷式变频压缩冷凝机组的性能,针对冷凝段和过冷段不同配比方案下的冷凝温度、过冷度、制冷量、COP值以及管路压降进行计算与分析。结果表明,在盘管面积不变的前提下,增加过冷段后制冷量和COP均可提高;在压缩机额定转速60 r/s时,存在一个最佳的配比值,使机组COP提高3.7%,制冷量增大4.7%。
In order to improve the performance of air-cooled frequency conversion com-pressor condensing uni t, the condensing temperature? subcooled degree, cooling capacity, COP and pressure drop of coil with different matching ratio of condensing circuit and sub-cooled circuit are calculated and analyzed. The results show that using the same coil area, the cooling capacity and COP could be both improved by adding subcooled circuit. There exists an optimal matching ratio at the compressor rating speed of 60 r/s , which can make the COP increase by 3.1 % and the cooling capacity increas by 4.1%.
