摘要
目的观察儿童糖尿病治疗难点以及护理措施的作用。方法选取2010年3月—2011年4月收治的60例患儿作为该次研究对象,将其按照就诊时间分成研究组和对照组。每组30例。对照组进行医院的常规治疗和护理,研究组在医院的常规治疗和护理上进行科学护理,根据患儿病情不同给予饮食计划、健康心理教育和运动训练上的护理措施。观察两组的并发症发生的概率和家属满意度。结果研究组的家属满意度高于对照组且并发症发生的概率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于儿童糖尿病患儿来说,科学护理措施有很大促进作用,值得推广。
Objective To observe the treatment difficult points of diabetes in children and effect of nursing measures.Methods 60 cases of patients from March 2010 to April 2011 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each according to the admission order,the control group adopted the routine treatment and nursing,while the research group adopted the science nursing on the basis of the routine treatment and nursing,and the patients were given the nursing measures of dieting plan,health mental education and exercise training,and the incidence rate of complications and satisfactory degree of family members of the two groups were observed.Results The satisfactory degree of family in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with diabetes,the scientific nursing measures are of great promotion effect,which is worth promotion.
