摘要
为探究快速康复外科理念护理在腹股沟疝修补术中的应用观察,选取2015年12月—2017年1月我院收治腹股沟疝患者85例为研究对象,所有患者均展开腹股沟疝修补术。随机分为选择常规护理措施的对照组(43例),按照快速康复外科理念护理的观察组(42例),发现选择快速康复外科理念护理的观察组患者满意度为95.24%,明显高于对照组患者的满意度76.74%,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者的首次排气时间、进食时间和下床活动时间等,均短于对照组,康复效果较好(P<0.05),观察组患者的术后1~3 d的疼痛VAS评分均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。说明快速康复外科理念护理在腹股沟疝修补术中的应用,可有效提升患者的恢复效果,减少患者的疼痛,提升患者的满意度,值得临床推广实践。
In order to explore the application of rapid rehabilitation surgical care in inguinal hernia repair, 85 patient with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from December 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent groin hernia repair. The control group （43 cases） was treated with routine rehabilitation measures. The satisfaction rate of the observation group （42 cases） was 95.24% , which was significantly higher than that of tlw control group （76. 74% ）, the difference was significant （p 〈 0. 05 ）. The recovery effect of observation group is better than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The VAS score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after one to three days of operation （P 〈 0.05 ）. The application of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the treatment of inguinal hernia repair can effectively improve the recovery effect of patients, reduce the pain of patients and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical practice.
