摘要
详细介绍了近年来开发的新型催化剂如双金属氰化物(DMC)、CsOH、碱土金属化合物、金属卟啉络合物、磷腈类、三(五氟苯基)硼烷等在聚醚多元醇合成中的应用情况,并比较了其优缺点。简要综述了几种烷氧基化聚合反应器的优缺点。详细介绍了制备低气味、低VOC(挥发性有机物含量)聚醚多元醇的4种途径。最后指出,聚醚多元醇的主要发展方向是窄化相对分子质量分布、降低末端不饱和度以及降低气味和VOC等。
The application situation of the novel catalysts developed in recent years such as double metal cyanide (DMC), CsOH, alkaline earth metal compound, metalloporphyrin complex, phosphazenes, tris(pentafluorophenyl) borane and so on is introduced in detail, and their advantages and disadvantages are compared. The advantages and disadvantages of several alkoxylation polymerization reactors are briefly reviewed. The four pathways for preparing low odor, low VOC (volatile organic content) polyether polyols are introduced in detail. Finally, it is pointed out that the main development directions of the polyether polyol are narrowing relative molecular mass distribution, reducing terminal unsaturated degree and reducing odor, VOC and so on.
