绩效考核中的钱本位误区

摘要 绩效考核作为人力资源管理的核心,受到各个领域管理者的重视和重用。但在实际操作中,管理者往往把绩效考核歪曲化、庸俗化,出现了"以钱为本"的导向,某种程度上打击了职工工作的积极性,严重违背了绩效考核的初衷。为了纠正这种倾向,发挥绩效考核应有的作用,在实施绩效考核时应该形成以"人"为本的思维导向。
