耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌的IMP-4耐药基因LAMP检测 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析耐碳青酶烯类肺炎克雷伯菌的临床一般情况的特点,检测IMP-4耐药基因分布情况。方法:搜集2014年11月-2016年4月福建省立医院微生物室从不同病区各种临床标本分离的肺炎克雷伯菌280株,其中包括耐碳青酶烯类肺炎克雷伯菌38株。根据对碳青酶烯类抗生素的敏感性,选择38株耐碳青酶烯类肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)设为试验组,随机选择28株非耐碳青酶烯类肺炎克雷伯菌(KP)为对照组进行MP-4基因的LAMP技术检测,产物电泳观察结果。结果:耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌多见于老年有抗生素使用史的患者,LAMP法检测出CRKP组38株细菌中23例含IMP-4基因,KP组28株细菌中2例含IMP-4基因,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本研究建立的IMP-4基因LAMP检测方法有助于初步判断肺炎克雷伯菌是否为耐药株。 Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of carbapenem resistant KlebsieIla pneumoniae, and to detect the distrihution of IMP- 4 resistance gene.Method: A total of 280 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae were isolated from various clinical specimens of the Fujian Province Hospital from November 2014 to April 2016, including the carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae strains of.According to the sensitivity of carbapenem antibiotics, 38 strains of carbapenem resistant Klebsiel|a pneumoniae(CRKP) for the experimental group, randomly selected 28 strains of carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pncumoniae(KP) for the matched group.MP-4 gene LAMP technology products the results of electrophoresis.Resnlt: Carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae was more common in elderly patients with a history of antibiotic use, LAMP detected a CRKP group of 38 strains of bacteria in 23 cases with IMP-4 gene, KP group of 28 strains of bacteria in 2 cases with IMP-4 gene, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion: The IMP-4 gene LAMP detection method established in this study can help to determine whether Klebsiella pneumoniae is a resistant strain.
