齿轮钢连铸坯高温特性实验研究及应用

摘要 针对齿轮钢代表性钢种20CrMnTiH连铸坯进行高温力学性能和高温热膨胀性能实验研究,充分认识连铸坯的两种高温特性在凝固和冷却过程对形状和尺寸影响,分析连铸坯产生应力、变形和热裂纹的原因,为连铸设备和工艺设计提供科学依据,保证齿轮钢产品质量。 The mechanical properties and high temperature thermal expansion properties of 20CrMnTiH steel billets were studied.The influence of the two high temperature characteristics on the shape and size of the cast slab during solidification and cooling was analyzed.Deformation and thermal cracking of the reasons for continuous casting equipment and process design to provide a scientific basis to ensure the quality of gear steel products.
