摘要
为探索法宝仪在织物手感风格量化表征中的可行性,采用法宝仪测试了不同条件下涤纶织物的手感风格值,并对测试结果可靠性进行分析。选取4种不同类型的柔软剂以不同质量浓度处理涤纶织物,调湿后用于法宝仪测试,并与主观手感结果进行对比。结果表明,法宝仪可以实现柔软整理后涤纶织物手感风格的量化表征,所测手感特征值可量化展现不同种类、不同质量浓度柔软剂处理后涤纶织物的韧度、软度、滑度以及相对手感值的变化,相对手感值排序结果与主观评价结果有较好的一致性。
In order to explore the feasibility in quantitative characterization of polyester fabrics handle, the hand values of polyester fabrics with different softening treatments were measured by Phabr Ometer, and the reliability of test results was analyzed. The polyester fabrics which were treated by four kinds of different soft- eners in different concentrations, were used for testing by Phabr Ometer after conditioning, and then the re- sults were compared with those obtained from subjective evaluations. The results showed that Phabr Ometer was practical in quantitative characterization of polyester fabrics handle. The hand values exhibited changes in stiffness, softness, smoothness and relative hand value of polyester fabrics treated by different kinds and amounts of softeners. The order of relative hand value was consistent with subjective evaluations.
