摘要
采用乙醇水溶液对芦荟皮中的蒽醌类化合物进行提取。分析了提取温度、提取时间、乙醇体积分数、物液比对蒽醌提取率的影响,设计4因素3水平的正交试验L9(34)对提取工艺进行优化,得出优化工艺条件为:提取温度50℃,提取时间2 h,乙醇体积分数80%,物液比(质量比)1∶20。经此优化工艺所获得的芦荟蒽醌化合物质量浓度为18.58μg/m L。
Anthraquinone has been extracted from aloe, using aloe skin as raw material, ethanol as extrac- tion solvent. The effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, ethanol volume fraction and solid-liquid ra- tio on the extraction rate of anthraquinone were analyzed. The orthogonal experiment of 4 factors and 3 levels L9(34) was designed to optimize the extraction process. The optimal process was extraction temperature 50℃, extraction time 2 h, ethanol dosage 80%, solid-liquid ratio 1:20. The concentration of anthraquinone extracted under this process was 18.58 μg/mL.
