地西他滨联合CAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病临床效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨地西他滨、CAG方案联合治疗老年急性髓系白血病的临床效果。方法:选取老年AML患者74例,并按照随机数字表法分为观察组(37例)和对照组(37例)。对照组仅行CAG方案治疗,观察组行CAG和地西他滨联合治疗。对比2组治疗情况。结果:(1)观察组白血病总缓解率为75.7%,显著高于对照组的51.4%(P<0.05)。(2)观察组肺部感染、发热、恶性呕吐情况显著多于对照组(P<0.05),血小板减少情况显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年急性髓系白血病治疗中,地西他滨和CAG联合治疗的效果更理想,但部分不良反应相对较多。 Objective : To investigate clinical efficacy of dixitabin and CAG in treatment of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia( AML). Methods :74 elderly patients with AML from our hospital were collected, and were divided into an observation group ( n = 37 ) and a control group ( n = 37 ) according to the random number table method. The control group was only treated with CAG regimen, while the observation group was treated with dixitabin and CAG. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results : ( 1 ) The total remission rate of the observation group was 75.7% , which was significantly higher than the control group's 51.4% (P 〈0.05). (2)The rates of pulmonary infection, fever and vomiting in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the development of thrombocytopenia was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: In treatment of elderly patients with AML, the effect of dixitabin and CAG was more ideal, but there were relatively more adverse reactions.
