摘要
目的:探讨注射用骨肽配合骨质疏松治疗仪治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症的效果。方法:选择我院接诊的老年原发性骨质疏松症患者70例进行随机分组对照,对照组采取骨质疏松治疗仪治疗,研究组在对照组基础上配合注射用骨肽治疗,比较两组骨痛缓解效果、不良反应及治疗前后骨密度、骨代谢指标。结果:研究组骨痛缓解总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均有轻微不良反应,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:注射用骨肽配合骨质疏松治疗仪治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症,除了可提高骨痛缓解效果,还能更好地改善骨密度与骨代谢指标,安全性高,值得借鉴。
Objective： To study the effect of bone peptide for injection combined with osteoporosis thement of primary osteoporosis. Metliods： 70 elderly patients with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided trol group treated with osteoporosis treatment instrument, and the study group treated with osteopeptide for injection on the basis of the control group. Group bone pain relief, adverse reactions, as well as before and after treatment of bThe total effective rate of bone pain relief was significantly higher in study group than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 0cant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Osteoporosis combined with osteoporosis theprimary osteoporosis in the elderly, in addition to improving bone pain relief,but also to better improve bbolic indicators,safe and worthy of reference.
