摘要
目的:探讨德尔菲法构建全科护士核心能力评价指标体系的方法及效果。方法:2015年9月~2016年8月应用德尔菲法对20名专家进行两轮问卷函询,经过指标筛选和修正,建立评价指标条目。结果:两轮专家函询的积极系数分别为100%和95%,权威系数分别为0.845和0.865,协调系数分别为0.268和0.432,最终形成评价指标体系一级指标6项和二级指标27项。结论:德尔菲法构建的全科护士核心能力评价指标条目专家意见集中,具有可靠性和权威性,可为全科护士任用、培训、考评及绩效管理提供参考依据。
Objective : To discuss the method and effect of Delphi Method in construction of evaluation indicator system of core competences of general nur- ses. Methods:Delphi method was sued for two -round questionnaire enquiry of 20 experts from September 2015 to August 2016, and through indicator screening and modification, the entries of evaluation indicators were established. Results : The active coefficients of the two - round expert enquiry were re- spectively 100% and 95%, authority coefficients were respectively 0. 845 and 0. 865, coordination coefficients were respectively 0. 268 and 0. 432, and fi- nally an evaluation indicator system was formed, including 6 level - 1 indicators and 27 level -2 indicators. Conclusion:The entries of evaluation indicators of core competences of general nurses constructed with Delphi method had concentrated expert opinions, with reliability and authority, and could provide reference basis for the appointment, training, assessment and performance management of general nurses.
