摘要
目的探究临床护理路径在乳腺癌围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取近年在我院接受手术治疗的60例乳腺癌患者,在围术期予以临床护理路径,将其设为实验组,另选取同期在我院手术、接受常规护理的60例患者设为对照组,对比不同护理模式下患者的住院时间、住院费用及护理满意度。结果实验组患者的住院时间为(12.3±1.6)d短于对照组的(16.4±1.9)d;住院费用为(22 365±287)元,对比对照组的(29 314±311)元更少;实验组患者的护理满意度为98.33%,对比对照组的86.67%更高;经统计均P<0.05,两组间比较差异存在统计学意义。结论在乳腺癌患者的围术期实施临床护理路径效果显著,对促进术后康复、节省住院费用均有积极作用。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing care of breast cancer patients. Methods 60 cases of patients with breast cancer were randomly selected in our hospital underwent surgery, given perioperative clinical nursing path, for the experimental group, the other selected surgery in our hospital and received routine nursing in 60 cases as the reference group, comparing the different nursing mode of patients in hospital time, the cost of hospitalization and nursing satisfaction. Results The hospitalization time of patients in the experimental group was （12.3±1.6） d, was shorter than the reference group of（16.4 ± 1.9） d; hospitalization expenses for （22 365±287） yuan, compared with the reference group （29 314±311） yuan, was less. The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group＇was 98.33%, which was higher than that of the control group （86.67%）; P〈0.05, comparison of the two groups had statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical nursing path in patients with breast cancer during perioperative period has a significant effect, which has positive effect on the promotion of postoperative recovery and the cost of hospitalization.
