摘要
目的探讨分析分层级管理模式在医院血透室护理管理中的应用。方法在该院血透室2013年2月—2016年10月间血液透析的患者中随机选取90例作为该次研究的对象,并对患者实施分组护理管理,45例采用常规护理管理方式的为对照组,45例在常规护理管理中采用分层级管理模式的为观察组,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者及家属对护理的满意例数为43例,对护理的满意率为95.56%;对照组患者及家属对护理的满意例数为37例,对护理的满意率为82.22%。观察组患者及家属对护理的满意程度明显高于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的病房管理质量、消毒隔离质量及综合护理质量等评分均明显高于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院血透室护理管理中应用分层级管理模式,护理人员岗位职责明确,能够有效发挥积极性,增强质量管理意识,提高护理质量和效果。
Objective To study and analyze the application of hierarchical leve l management model in the nursing manage-ment of blood dialysis room in the hospital. Methods 90 cases of patients with hemodialysis from February 2 01 3 to October 2016 in the blood dialysis room in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing management method, while the observation group adopted the hierarchical level management, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results 43 cases of patients and their family members in the observation group were satisfied with the nursing, and the nursing satisfactory rate was 95.56%, and 37 cases of patients and their family members in the control group were satisfied with the nursing, and the nursing satisfactory rate was 82.22%, and the satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference between groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）, and the ward management quality, disinfection and isolation quality and overall nursing quality scores in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of hierarchical level management model in the nursing management of blood dialysis room in the hospital can clear the position responsibilities of nursing staff, which can effectively give play to the initiative, enhance the quality man-agement awareness and improve the nursing quality and effect.
