摘要
天津静海团泊曲棍球场主桁架呈四管弧形,跨度为121.86 m,质量达219 t,主次桁架节点类型为圆管相贯节点。针对主桁架呈大拱形、管径大的特点,以及圆弧弧度难控制,焊接点多及变形难控制等难点,进行了深入研究。采用临时支撑胎架辅助安装桁架,并合理安排焊接顺序及控制焊接变形,有效地加快了安装进度。临时支撑胎架四周设置缆风绳,保证了临时支撑胎架的稳定性。主桁架吊装由两边向中间合龙,次桁架由中间向两边安装;桁架主管高空对接采用定位板辅助安装,并使用全站仪校正支点的标高和位置,提高了安装精度。
The primary truss of Tianjin Jinghai tuanbo hockey stadium is composed by four radian steel tubes and arcshaped,its span is 121.86 meters and the mass is nearly 219 tons:the joint structure form of primary and secondary trusses is through joint for circular tube.The primary truss is long-span arch,big-diameter circular tube,arc radian uncontrollability,plenty of points of weld and deformation uncontrollability,according to these features and problems,it carried out technique research in depth.It adoptedf temporary support bed-jig to assist and install trusses,arranged the welding sequence reasonably and controlled welding deformation,so as to accelerate the installation progress effectively.The temporary support bed-jig set up cable ropes all round to ensure the stability of temporary support bed-jig.The lifting procedure of primary truss was from both sides to the center and secondary truss was from center to the both sides.Locating plates were adopted to assist and install the primary tube of truss by overhead butt joint,and the total station was used to correct the elevation and location for supporting points,which could improve the installation accuracy.
