摘要
褐带卷蛾茧蜂Bracon adoxophyesi Minamikawa是椰子木蛾幼虫一种重要的天敌寄生蜂。在温度28℃±1℃、湿度50%±5%、光周期12L∶12D的试验条件下,对褐带卷蛾茧蜂的羽化节律、交配、产卵行为进行观察。结果表明,褐带卷蛾茧蜂主要集中在白天(6∶00-18∶00)羽化,占全天羽化总数的82.98%,羽化高峰出现在10∶00-12∶00,占全天羽化总数的23.98%;羽化过程历时较短,仅8-30 min。褐带卷蛾茧蜂交配过程大致分为准备、交配、结束这3个阶段。褐带卷蛾茧蜂雌雄蜂一生均可进行多次交配,雌蜂在交配后即可产卵。产卵过程大致分为寄主定位、寄主检查和接受、取食或产卵、结束与梳理。未交配的雌蜂也可产卵,其子代均为雄蜂。研究结果为褐带卷蛾茧蜂规模化繁育和林间应用提供理论依据。
Bracon adoxophyesi is an important natural enemy of Opisina arenosella. Under laboratory conditions of T： 28℃ ＋ 1℃, RH： 50%±5% and photoperiod 12 h ： 12 h, eclosion, mating and oviposition behaviors of B. adoxophyesi were observed. Results showed that the eclosion of B. adoxophyesi pupae mainly occurred at the daytime （6：00 -18：00） and taking up 82.98% of all eclosion throughout the day. The eclosion of B. adoxophyesi pupae peaked from 10 ： 00 to 12 ： 00 throughout the day and taking up 23.98% of all eclosion throughout the day. By contrast, the duration of eclosion process was shorter, only lasting 8 -30 min. The process of mating included three stages： preparing, mating, and completion. Female and male had multiple mating throughout its lifetime and females laid eggs after mating. The process of oviposition included host searching, host checking and accepting, feeding or ovipositing, completion and carding. Unfertilized females could also lay eggs, but their offsprings were males. The result of this study provided a theoretical basis for production of B. adoxophyesi in large scale and its application in forest.
