摘要
为改善传统包覆纱的捻圈大小不一致、捻度不均匀等不足,在研究传统机械包覆工艺及传统包覆纱捻圈特点的基础上,提出了一种恒捻圈包覆纱纺纱工艺,并开发了一套转速可以达到40 000 r/min的包覆装置,加工出一种捻圈尺寸可调且大小一致、包覆效果均一的包覆纱线。通过与传统包覆纱的捻圈特点及其织物风格的对比分析,验证了恒捻圈纺纱工艺的合理性和包覆装置的可行性,为不同表面风格织物的开发和利用提供了依据。
In order to improve the defect of traditional covered yarn on size and twist of outer covered yarn coil, a uniform yarn coil covering technology has been proposed and a high efficiency covering device has been developed in terms of the characteristic of traditional technology and covered yarn. The covering device can run at 40 000 r/min. And a variable-size and uniform yarn coil covered yarn can be produced on the device. Through the contrast analysis to the traditional covered yarn and fabric, the rationality of the uniform yarn coil covering technology and the feasibility of the covering device are validated. The uniform yarn coil covering technology and device can provide the bases for developing new styles of fabric.
