摘要
以减排和资源再利用为目的,基于化学法与膜法相结合的海水淡化浓盐水综合利用工艺,系统研究了脱硬后浓海水利用纳滤(NF)脱硫酸根、通过反渗透(RO)实现海水二次淡化和深度浓缩的工艺过程。结果表明,NF270膜、DL2540NF膜分别能将SO_4^(2-)的浓度降低到3 mmol/L和2 mmol/L以下;RO对脱硬后浓海水中各离子均有较好脱除效果,达99%,浓缩1.45倍。工艺将化学法脱硬、NF、RO等膜法分离与浓缩技术综合考虑,能大幅提高淡水回收率,为氯碱工业提供液体盐原料,有利于降低淡化成本。
For the purpose of emission reduction and resource reuse, based on chemical and membrane methods combined comprehensive utilization technology of seawater desalination concentrated brine, the paper studied the processes of the seawater second-desalination and deep concentration by nanofitration (remove most of SO42 and reverse osmosis. The results showed that, concentration of SO42 could be reduced to 3 mmol/L and 2 mmol/L by NF270 and DL2540, respectively. RO could remove 99% ions in concentrated seawater, and the concentration was up to 1.45 times. The comprehensive consideration of chemical softened methods, NF and RO membrane separation and concentration technique, the recovery could improve significantly and provide raw materials for chlor-alkali industry, meanwhile, it could decrease the cost of desalination.
