多布水电站振冲工程施工技术 被引量:1

Construction Technology of Vibrating Engineering in Duobu Hydropower Station

摘要 多布水电站覆盖层深厚,地质条件复杂,上部地层块漂石、卵砾石等粗颗粒分布广,级配差、透水性大、砂层较厚、较密实。振冲桩施工难度大,该工程采用"引孔振冲法",增大水管注水量防止塌孔,外加风管用风水联合冲洗扬砂,实现在密实砂层中快速安全成孔成桩的预期目标。 Duobu Hydropower Station is with deep and thick overburden. Its geological conditions are complicated. Block stones, boulders and cobble gravel, etc are available in the upper stratum. Theses coarse grains largely distribute, their gradation is weak, permeability is high, the sand layer is thicker and dense. Construction of the vibrating pile is difficult. Therefore, the vibrating method with approach hole is applied in the project. Quantity of water injection is increased to prevent from the hole collapse. Additionally, the compressed air is ap- plied. With help of the increased water, hole is flushed and sand is removed so that the pile hole and pile in the dense sand layer can be pro- duced rapidly and successfully.
