摘要
经济社会发展到现今,企业的生存与发展越来越依靠于企业的创新能力,一个国家与社会的发展也依赖本国企业的创新生产。我国政府提出的大众创业、万众创新也适应了这一时代需求。创新是企业的核心竞争力,如何提高企业的创新能力,加快企业的创新发展已成为全社会广泛讨论的命题。论文主要通过文献研究法和因子分析法,查阅相关文献并对前人研究的作出总结,试图寻找到影响企业创新能力的关键因素,构建一个相对完整的关于企业创新能力的理论体系,为企业主体提高自身创新能力提供参考;为相关部门引导企业转型,加快发展,制定相关政策法规提供建议。
With the development of economic and social,the survival and development of enterprises increasingly rely on the ability of innovation, country and society depend on the development of innovative production of their own enterprises. China＇s public entrepreneurship, innovation is also adapted to the needs of the times. Innovation is the core competitiveness of enterprises, how to improve the innovation ability of enterprises, accelerate the innovation and development of enterprises has become a widely discussed topic in the whole society. This paper mainly through literature research method and factor analysis method, correlates references and summarizes previous studies, trying to find the key factors affecting the innovation ability of enterprises, build a relatively complete theoretical system about enterprise innovation ability, provide reference to enterprises to improve their innovation ability, and suggestions to accelerate development, formulating relevant policies and regulations.
