Strength Analysis of Gas Turbine Compressor Impellers Based on Fluid-thermal-solid Coupling Method

摘要 在ANSYS Workbench中建立的流热固耦合计算平台,同时考虑压力、温度和离心力的综合作用,对某新型燃气轮机跨音速压气机叶轮进行综合载荷下的强度分析。计算方案涵盖三大计算模块及其数据传递,给出了计算过程中的技巧和策略。采用CFX对压气机进行全模型三维流场分析,将流场分析得到的耦合面温度和压力分布分别传递到叶轮耦合面,在热稳态分析模块进行叶轮热稳态计算,将计算得到的结果传递到结构分析模块,最后对叶轮进行压力、热应力和离心力综合作用下的强度分析,验证了计算方案的可行性和精度,为此类叶轮强度分析和压气机的可靠设计提供了工程设计计算方法。 A fluid-thermal-solid coupling platform is established on ANSYS Workbench. To analyse strength of the gas turbine compressor impeller of a transonic speed gas turbine under combined loads, including pressure, temperature and centrifugal force. The conputational scheme contains three modules and data transmission among them. Skills and strategy in the conputational process are presented. The CFX was used to analyze the fully three-dimensional flow field of the compressor. The distribution data of temperature and pressure on the flow-solid interface obtained from the flow field calculation are transmitted to impeller surface. The steady-state temperature field of the impeller is calculated under the Steady State Thermal module,and the results are trans-ferred to structural module. Finally the strength analysis of the impeller was carried out under the combined effects of pressure, thermal and centrifugal load. The feasibility and accuracy of the conputational scheme are validated. Providing the Engineering de-sign and calculation method for this kind of impeller strength analysis and reliable design.
