开行27t轴重C_(80E)货车条件下轨道适应性分析 被引量:8

摘要 为增加运量、提高运输效率和货运收益,在太原铁路局部分线路开行了27 t轴重C_(80E)货车。与23 t轴重C70货车相比,27 t轴重货车轴重增加17.4%。货车轴重的提高相应地大幅增加了线路上的作用力,将导致既有铁路轨道结构与部件面临一系列问题。本文针对C_(80E)货车运营条件下的径路轨道结构进行了现场调研及轨道适应性分析,提出了27 t轴重C80E货车开行前后轨道结构需采取的相关措施及针对性的建议。 In order to improve the capacity, efficiency of transportation and the freight revenue, the freight train CSOE with 27 t axle loadhas run on the part of the railway lines of the Taiyuan railway bureau. Compared with the freight train G70 with 23 t axle load, the axle load of C80E was increased by 17.4% , which would cause corresponding extra load on the tracks and may lead to a series of problems of the existing railway track structure and components. The field research and adaptability analysis for the track structures were carried out under the operation condition of freight train G80E and the relevant measures and suggestions for the track structures before and after the C80E operation were finally put forward.
