摘要
目的:评价中药治疗小儿抽动秽语综合征的疗效。方法:按照循证医学(EBM)的要求全面检索了15年来国内相关医学文献数据库有关中药治疗小儿抽动秽语综合征的文献,对纳入文献进行系统评价。结果:共纳入随机对照试验12篇,进行了系统评价。合并OR=5.03,95%CI[3.48,7.27],漏斗图基本对称,提示中药治疗小儿抽动秽语综合征的治疗效果优于对照组(Z=8.62,P<0.00001)。结论:从国内的临床文献来看,中药治疗小儿抽动秽语综合征有效,但试验研究质量有待进一步完善和提高。
Objective： To assess the therapeutic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Gilles De La Tourette Syndrome. Methods： According to evidence based medicine （EBM） comprehensive search for the domes- tic related medical literature database in recent 15 years related acupoint Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy in treatment of Gilles De La Tourette Syndrome of literature and the literatures of evaluation system. Results： The 12 randomized controlled trials are carried out by systematic review. The total OR is 5.03, 95% CI [3.48, 7.27], and the funnel plot is approximately symmetry. It is indicated that the curative effect of traditional Chi- nese medicine groups is better than the control groups （Z=8.62, P〈0.00001）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine therapy is effective on Gilles De La Tourette Syndrome according to the domestic clinical literatures. However, the quality of the studies needs further improving and increasing.
