摘要
高压电气设备运行时,微水含量超标及SF_6气体泄漏会造成设备故障,为此,设计了一款基于PCap02与STM32的SF_6密度及微水含量分析仪。该系统以PCap02为传感器测量芯片,以STM32F103芯片为信号分析及处理单元的核心。通过测量待测气体的温度、压力及密度,得到SF_6密度及微水含量。实验表明,该在线监测分析仪安全可靠、稳定性好、测量精度高。
When the high voltage electrical equipment is running, the micro water content exceeds the standard and the SF6 gas leakage can cause the equipment failure.In order to prevent this hazard, an online monitoring system of SF6 density and moisture content based on PCapO2 and STM32 was designed. The system uses PCapO2 as the sensor measuring chip and the STM32F103 chip as the core of signal analysis and processing unit.By measuring the temperature, pressure and density of the gas, the density of SF6 and the content of the micro water were obtained.Experiments show that the on-line monitoring analyzer is safe, reliable, and stable and the measurement accuracy is high.
