摘要
高校机关不仅是学校各项事务的管理机构,更是名副其实的服务机构,加强机关工作作风建设,提高机关工作服务质量,对学校的发展至关重要。本文以华北电力大学党办校办优化用印审批制度为例,通过对其制度修订前后工作理念和方式转变的分析,以小见大,对新形势下如何加强高校机关工作作风建设提出了建议。
College institutions are not only the management organizations of the affairs, but also the service agencies, so to strengthen the style construction and to improve the service quality, are essential for the development of schools. This paper takes the optimization of the seal approval system in Party committee office and the school office of North China Electric Power University as an example, through the analysis on the change of work idea and the way before and after the revision of the system, the suggestions on how to strengthen the style construction of the college organizations under the new situation are put forward.
