摘要
健康是人全面发展、生活幸福的基石,也是国家繁荣昌盛、社会文明进步的重要标志。文章以《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》为研究样本,阐明了"健康中国"的提出背景及基本内涵,分析了全民健身运动的地位和作用,探讨了全民健身运动的发展趋势与未来走向。全民健身运动是健康中国服务体系的构成要素,是建构健康中国的辅助手段和重要路径;建构健康中国也为全民健身运动乃至整个体育事业的发展注入了更多活力、提供了更多机遇和更为广阔的空间。从中透析出来的全民健身运动走向为:全民健身与全民健康深度融合,健身运动与健康生活方式有机融合,大众体育与竞技体育高度融合将成为一种必然,体育的健康服务功能必将得到更加充分的发挥和释放。
Health is the foundation of people＇s all-round development, life and happiness, but also an important symbol of national prosperity, social civilization and progress. Based on the ＂health＂ China 2030 ＂plan＂ as the research sample, to clarify the ＂health Chinese＂ the background and basic connotation, analyzes the status and role of the national fitness cam- paign, discusses the trend and future development trend of the national fitness campaign. Fitness is the elements of Chinese health service system, is the construction of auxiliary means of health China and important path;construction of health Chi- na but also for the development of national fitness campaign and the sports industry has injected more vitality, provide more opportunities and broader space. From the dialysis of fitness to fusion fitness and health depth, fitness exercise and healthy lifestyle organic integration of mass sports and competitive sports integration will become a necessity, health services will get to play sports and release more fully.
