摘要
广西失独群体的生活状况,表现出明显的地域性。通过对当下广西地区失独群体进行研究分析,提出了完善政府、社会、个人自助层面齐抓共管的失独群体联动帮扶机制,构建政府主导的责任主体多元化的扶助形式。
The living condition of the groups who have lost their only child in Guangxi demonstrates obvious regional characteristics. Based on the research and analysis of the current groups who have lost their only child in Guangxi, this paper proposes to perfect a linkage helping mechanism jointly managed and supervised by the government, the society and the individuals, as well as to construct a supporting form with diversified subjects of responsibility led by the government.
