摘要
目的分析手术治疗急性附睾炎的临床效果及作用价值。方法选取在我院接受治疗的急性附睾炎患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组50例患者。研究组患者采用手术治疗方式。对照组患者则采用传统的保守治疗方式,观察并对比两组患者的临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果经过治疗后,研究组的总有效率和并发症发生率分别为98.00%和6.00%,对照组的总有效率和并发症发生率分别为80.00%和20.00%,比较后可发现,研究组两项数据均优于对照组,且P<0.05,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论手术治疗急性附睾炎具有较为良好的效果,并发症发生率低。
Objective To study the clinical effect of surgical treatment for acute epididymitis and function value. Methods Selection in our hospital for treatment of 100 cases of patients with acute epididymitis as the research object, according to random number table method, they can be divided into research group and control group, each group including 50 cases. Research group were treated by surgery. Control group patients, the use of the traditional way of conservative treatment, observe and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, and complications. Results After treatment, The research group of total effective rate and complication rates were 98.00% and 6.00%, control group of total effective rate and complication rates were 80.00% and 20.00% respectively. After comparison, we found that the two items of the study group were better than the control group, and P 〈 0.05, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Surgical treatment of acute epididymitis have relatively good effect, low incidence of complications.
