摘要
目的分析优质护理在妊高症产后出血患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年1月—2017年1月收治的产后出血产妇50例作为研究对象,将患者分成采用常规护理的对照组(25例)与开展优质护理的观察组(25例)。对两组患者护理后,包括24 h出血量、护理满意率进行比较。结果观察组产后24 h出血量为(162.48±46.88)ml,护理总满意率96.00%,对照组产后24 h出血量为(289.52±58.96)ml,护理总满意率72.00%。观察组产后24 h出血量及护理满意率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊高症产妇产后出血患者开展优质护理能够有效降低产后出血量,提升护理满意率,临床效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of quality nursing in clinical nursing of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnancy hypertensive patients. Methods 50 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage were enrolled in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017. The patients were divided into control group（25 cases） with routine nursing care and observation group（25 cases） Group of patients after care, including 24 h bleeding, nursing satisfaction rate were compared. Results The total bleeding rate was（162.48±46.88） ml, the total satisfaction rate was 96.00%, the control group was（289.52±58.96） ml and the total satisfaction rate was 72.00%. The rate of bleeding and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality nursing of pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage can improve the postpartum hemorrhage and improve the nursing satisfaction rate, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
