摘要
SCM435材料是乘用车10.9级和12.9级螺栓常用材料,通过采取不同材料改制工艺使热轧态SCM435获得不同的球化组织,使用这些不同球化组织的材料生产相同的螺栓,研究分析螺栓金相组织、力学性能和疲劳性能的差异。
SCM435 material is the general material of fasteners parts with 10.9 class and 12.9 class for passenger cars. Though taking different material reforming process, the different spheroidizing structure is obtained by hot rolled SCM435 material which product same bolt, and their difference about microstruc- ture, mechanical properties and fatigue properties of the bolts are studied
