摘要
以过硫酸钾为引发剂,用反相悬浮法合成新型耐高温酚醛树脂/丙烯酰胺微球。在保证微球耐温性能和溶胀性能的基础上,讨论酚醛树脂的合成条件对于微球性能的影响。结果表明,酚醛树脂的最佳工艺条件为苯酚/甲醛比1∶3,催化剂的质量为苯酚与甲醛总和的5%,反应温度75℃,反应时间为4 h。合成出的酚醛树脂,聚合度1~7,分子量183~1 001,是多羟甲基水溶性的聚合物。由此合成出来的酚醛树脂/丙烯酰胺微球在140℃下,能够稳定存在17 d,溶胀比2.72,微球收率在95%以上。
The novel heat-resistant phenolic resin microspheres/acrylamide microspheres have been syn-thesized by inverse suspension polymerization, in which potassium persulphate as initiator, without any cross-linking agent. Based on the microspheres temperature resistance and swelling properties of phenolic resin/acrylamide microspheres, the performance of synthesis conditions of phenolic resin microspheres has been discussed. The results showed that the optimum conditions are : phenolic resin/formaldehyde = 1 : 3, catalyst quality for the sum of 5% phenol and formaldehyde ,reaction temperature 75 ℃ ,the response time 4 h. Water-soluble phenolic resin was synthesized with the polymerization degree 1 - 7, the molecular weight of the resin 183 - 1 001 ,which is muhi-hydroxymethyl water-soluble polymers. The phenolic resin/ acrylamide microsphere synthesized by the phenolic resin could be stable at 140 ℃ for 17 d ,the swelling ratio of the microsphere is 2.72,and the yield of the microsphere is over 95%.
