斜拉桥换索过程中旧索旋转问题研究 被引量:4

摘要 为解决斜拉桥换索过程中出现的旧索旋转问题,用有限元软件ABAQUS中的实体单元对斜拉索受力状况进行模拟,并对摩擦力矩进行数值计算,由张拉力、转矩与摩擦力矩之间的关系得出斜拉索发生旋转的千斤顶张拉力临界值.对某工程换索实例中的YS24a号斜拉索进行分析,结果表明,用ABAQUS模拟和计算的结果与实际情况基本一致,对卸索中的斜拉索旋转起到预判作用,避免施工过程中斜拉索突然旋转对人员和设备造成损伤,并对此提出相应的防范措施. In order to avoid the old cable rotation occurring during the period of cable replacement of cable-stayed bridge, the entity unit incorporated into the ABAQUS is employed to model the stress state of the cable, and to compute the friction moment. The critical tension stress of the jack at which the stay cable begins to rotate is determined based on the relationship among the tension stress, torque and friction moment. The proposed method is then applied to analyze the YS24a stayed cable of an engineering project. The analysis results indicate that: the critical tension stress determined by ABAQUS modeling and calculation is basically in consistent with the actual one, which is capable of prejudging the cable rotation during the cable unloading phase and therefore avoiding the damage of cable rotation to the construction workers and equipment. In addition, this paper puts forward the corresponding preventive measures.
