摘要
总结了港口起重机的震害和破坏形式,介绍了国内外港口起重机的抗震设计和抗震加固方法,并通过一实际案例研究了码头结构对起重机地震反应的影响.研究表明,基于承载力的抗震设计方法目前仍然是港口起重机抗震设计采用的主要方法,但基于性能的抗震设计方法正逐步得到应用;对于抗震性能不足的使用中的起重机,应选用合理的方案进行加固;起重机的地震反应与起重机-码头结构的相互作用有关,必要时起重机抗震设计应考虑码头结构的影响.
A review of seismic damages and failure modes for harbor cranes is conducted, and the seismic design and retrofit methods used in China and abroad are presented. A case study is implemented to investigate the influence of wharf structure on the seismic response of crane. It is shown that the force-based design method is dominant in the seismic design of cranes currently, while the perform-ance-based design method has been gradually accepted in industry. For existing cranes with poor seismic performance, appropriate retrofit options should be adopted. It is also found that wharf structures may play an important role in the seismic response of cranes such that the influence of wharf structures should be addressed in the seismic design of cranes.
