摘要
近年来,铁路货物运输安全性逐步提升,但仍存在部分货物品类发生损失较多的问题。基于铁路货物损失处理的大数据分析,从货物品类、损失类型、货损车型等方面分析铁路货物损失的特征,深入探讨货物损失发生的主要原因,即货物包装有待加强、敞车运输安全性不高、季节因素造成湿损、部分货物运输组织有待优化、货物装卸质量有待提高,提出提升重点易损货物包装质量、优化措施防止湿损、优化运输组织防止被盗、提高装卸作业质量的对策,提升铁路货物运输安全。
In recent years, the safety of railway freight transportation is improved gradually, but the problem of more loss occurring in partial goods categories is still existed. On the basis of big data analysis on railway goods loss handling, this paper analyzes characteristics of railway goods loss from the aspects of goods categories, loss types and the train types of goods loss occurring. The paper also discusses the main reasons of occurring goods loss, including goods package to be strengthened, poor safety of open car transportation, wet damage caused by seasonal factors, partial freight transport organization to be optimized and low quality of freight loading, and puts forward countermeasures to improve railway freight transportation safety, such as promoting package quality of priority and perishable goods, optimizing the measures so as to prevent wet damage, improving transport organization to prevent burglary and upgrading loading operation quality.
