摘要
针对Solid Works中直接应用[曲线/螺旋线]扫描方法生成的弹簧是刚性体而不能满足实际应用中压缩变形的问题,以推杆阀三维模型为例,提出了应用Solid Works软件中的交叉曲线生成螺旋线进而完成压缩弹簧设计,使得弹簧的长度取决于生成螺旋线的草图直线长度,实现了弹簧的动态设计以及推杆阀模型的运动仿真。
The problem that spring generated by the curve / helix scanning method in Solidworks is rigid and can not satisfythe compression deformation in practical application, and taking the 3D model of push rod valve as an example, the method ofusing intersection curve in Solidworks draw helical line to complete compression spring design is proposed in this paper, thelength of the spring is determined by the path length of the helix line. This method realizes the dynamic design of the springand the motion simulation of the push rod valve model.
