摘要
目的探讨中西医结合疗法治流行性感冒的临床疗效。方法对949例高热达39℃以上的流行性感冒患者给予奥司他韦、尼美舒利及中药清开灵口服液治疗。结果 949例中,服药后2~6 h体温降至38℃者401例,用药2~4 d体温逐渐恢复正常者548例,无效转院者1例,总有效率99.8%。结论清开灵口服液联合西药治疗流行性感冒具有抗病毒、抗炎、解热作用,毒副作用小,中西医结合疗效更著。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine in the treatment of influenza. Methods 949 cases of high fever of 39 degrees above the influenza patients were given oseltamivir, nimesulide combined with Qingkailing oral liquid in the treatment. Results In 949 cases, after taking the medicine, the body temperature decreased from about 2-6 h to about 38℃ in the treatment group （n=401）, Medication 2 - 4 d, body temperature gradually returned to normal, there were 548 cases, one patients transferred to other hospital because of ineffective treatment, total effective rate was 99.8%. Conclusion Qingkailing oral liquid in the treatment of influenza with antiviral, antiinflammatory, antipyretic effect, small toxic and side effect, traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine according to the curative effect is more significant.
