摘要
工程教育专业认证是高校本科教学质量与教学改革工程的重要内容之一,必须要以学生为中心,基于成果导向、持续质量改进的工程教育认证理念,推动工程教育,进一步提升工程教育人才培养质量。本文以兰州交通大学工程教育为例,阐述了工程教育专业认证背景下人才培养模式的改革与探讨,并从深化专业综合改革、推行分层分类培养、强化创新创业教育等三个方面分析了人才培养模式的改革举措。
Accreditation of Engineering Education is an important part of the undergraduate teach- ing quality and teaching reform project,which must be student-centered,promote the engineering education and further improve the quality of talent training in engineering education based on a- chievement oriented and continuous quality improvement. Taking the engineering education in LanZhou JiaoTong University as an example, this paper expounds the reform and discussion of the students cultivation mode based on accreditation engineering education, and analyses the reform measures of students cultivation mode considering three aspects:the deepen the comprehensive re- form of the professional, the implementation of hierarchical classification training, strengthen in- novation and entrepreneurship education, respectively.
