摘要
伴随原油劣质化,石油化工过程装备的环烷酸腐蚀日益严重。在探讨环烷酸腐蚀机理的基础上,就酸值、温度、流速及材质等可控因素对环烷酸腐蚀的影响规律及环烷酸腐蚀的研究手段进行论述,针对环烷酸腐蚀现状,主要采用高温部位材质升级、材料表面强化、降低酸值、添加缓蚀剂、控制流速和流态等措施进行防腐蚀,明确未来的工作重点在于多因素耦合试验研究和典型材料耐环烷酸腐蚀的模拟试验研究。
With the decrease of crude oil quality, naphthenic acid corrosion of petroleum chemical process equipment is becoming more and more serious. This paper discussed the corrosion mechanism of naphthenic acid, introduced the influencing regularity of acid value, temperature, flow velocity, flow state, and material factors on naphthenic acid corrosion, and overviewed the research means of naphthenic acid corrosion. According to the naphthenie acid corrosion situation, high temperature parts material upgrading, surface strengthening, reducing acid value, adding corrosion inhibitor as well as controlling corrosion velocity and flow were adopted. Meantime, the focus of future work was determined to be the simulation experiment of naphthenic acid corrosion of multi-factor experimental study on coupling and typical materials.
