基于自适应网格点弹性变换的血管减影提取方法

摘要 针对患者在两次扫描之间出现的位移现象和局部变换以及造影后血管CT亮度接近骨骼组织等问题,提出了基于自适应网格的B样条弹性配准减影方法.该方法通过配准CT血管造影(Computed Tomography Angiography,CTA)扫描和CT扫描影像,将其通过非刚性变换映射到相同的空间中,由CT血管造影影像减掉CT影像,得到造影后的血管.该方法解决了两次扫描之间出现的局部变换的问题,有效地改善了减影结果,消除了直接减影留下的骨骼残留和血管过减影等现象,可以较好地满足临床应用需求. To overcome the displacement produced between the twice imaging processes and vessel loss and the similar intensity when subtracting,a novel vessel extraction method via free form deformable registration based on adaptive control points is proposed to solve the local deformation problems.Firstly,CTA(Computed Tomography Angiography)images and CT images are mapped into the same space by registering the CT images to CTA images.Secondly,CTA is subtracted by the CT images to obtain the lighter vessel parts.The proposed method increased the efficiency of the algorithm to perform,improved the subtraction results,and removed the extra tiny bone.The approach is validated by experiments on the datasets whole body contrast CTA acquired on a 16 detector CT scanner,and results show that the vessel is clear and accurate enough to satisfy the clinical requirements.
