摘要
目的评价集体健康教育模式在白内障专科的实施方法及实施效果。方法选取我院自2014年1月至2015年1月白内障专科收治的患者600例作为对照组,采取常规健康教育模式,选取我院自2015年2月至2016年2月白内障专科收治的患者600例作为观察组,采取集体健康教育模式,比较两组实施效果。结果观察组优良率94.33%,对照组优良率82.00%,观察组患者健康教育知识掌握优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度98.00%,对照组总满意度86.00%,观察组患者健康教育总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集体健康教育模式有效提高白内障专科患者的健康教育知识掌握程度,同时提高患者对健康教育的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the implementation methods and effect of the collective health education model in cataract patients. Methods 600 cases of cataract patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as control group, adopted the routine health education model, 600 cases of cataract patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as observation group, taking collective health education model to compare the effect of two groups. Results The excellent rate of observation group was 94.33%, the excellent rate of control group was 82.00%. The excellent rate of health education knowledge of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction of observation group was 98.00%, the control group was 86.00%, the total satisfaction of health education in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The mode of collective health education can improve the knowledge of health education in patients with cataract, and improve the satisfaction degree of patients to health education.
