深水钻井取心深度测量方法的设计与应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着深水油气资源的不断发现,固定式钻井平台向移动式钻井平台发展。作为移动式钻井平台之一的浮式钻井平台受平台升沉的影响,深水钻井取心技术面临取心钻具入井状态监测、取心进尺计算和取心深度校正等难点。通过分析深水浮式钻井平台的设备特点,结合实际作业经验,设计出一套适合深水钻井取心作业深度测量的操作方法。现场应用表明,该方法可以有效消除平台升沉对取心过程的影响、判断沉砂情况、精确计算取心进尺,确保所取岩心满足设计要求。 With the discovery of deep-water oil and gas resources,drilling platform has been developed from fixed to mobile drilling platform and floating drilling vessel.Due to the influence of floating platform heave,the deep-water drilling coring technology is faced with the difficulties of monitoring the state of coring tool into the well,coring footage calculation and coring depth correction.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of deep-water floating drilling platform and combining with the practical work experience,a set of operating method was designed for the depth measurement of deep-water drilling coring operation.Field application showed that this method can effectively eliminate the influence of the platform heave on the coring process,judge sand setting condition,and accurately calculate the coring footage to ensure that the core is satisfied with the design requirements.
