摘要
阐述了当下高职院校高就业率与招生困难之间的反差与矛盾,分析了低就业力是矛盾产生的根源,提出了在人才培养方案、教学内容选取、实训室建设与使用、校企合作途径、技能大赛、教学质量监控建设等教学的微观领域务实深化改革,强化有效教学,以提高高职毕业生就业率和就业质量,进而提高高职院校的知名度,助力招生的具体应对措施。
The contrast and conflict between high employment rate and the difficulty in enrollment in vocational colleges is evident. It is analyzed that the low employability is a source of the conflict. It is put forward that practically deepening reform and enhancing effective teaching in the micro teaching fields including talent training program, selection of teaching contents, construction and utility of training rooms, cooperation approach between school and enterprises, skill competition, construction of teaching quality monitoring system, expecting to improve the employment rate and employment quality of graduates in vocational colleges to enhance the popularity of vocational colleges and give assistance to the enrollment.
