摘要
在 p H4 .0的 Britton- Robinson缓冲溶液中 ,茜素红 S(ARS) - Al( )与牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)生成红色复合物 ,吸收峰波长λmax=5 1 5 nm,比金属离子络合物本身红移 80 nm。表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2 .0 4× 1 0 5L· mol-1 · cm-1 。吸光度值在 BSA的质量浓度 2 0— 1 80 mg· L-1 范围内呈线性关系。所拟定的方法有较好的灵敏度 。
Aluminum(Ⅲ) alizarin red S[ARS Al(Ⅲ)] reacts with bovine serum albumin(BSA) forms a red complex in Britton Robinson buffer at pH4.0 with a maximum absorption peak at 515nm [80nm red shift in from that of ARS Al(Ⅲ)] and the molar absorptivity of 2.04×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 (BSA).The lineary relationship is in the range of 20—180mg/L for proteins determination.The method is very sensitive and was successfully applied to the determination of protein in biological samples.
