摘要
公共图书馆微信公众平台是图书馆服务拓展与宣传推广的重要途径,论文选取国内五家公共图书馆优秀微信公众号进行案例分析,总结各自的特色并归纳出微信公众平台服务的成功经验,供图书馆界同仁参考借鉴。同时对微信服务进行创新思考,以期抛砖引玉,探讨公共图书馆微信公众平台的创新与发展,促进公共图书馆的在线服务。
WeChat platform is an important approach for public libraries to extend and promote services. This paper researches 5 public libraries＇ WeChat platforms and sums up their own characteristics, as well as their successful experience of WeChat services, which could be used as reference for other libraries. Meanwhile, it also provides new thinking of WeChat services in order to discuss the innovation and development of the public library WeChat platform, and improve the onlineservice of public libraries.
