摘要
在工程中应用桥墩盖梁托换技术,可以解决新建项目下穿既有结构物存在的约束条件。新旧桥墩或盖梁设计、施工和监控需紧密配合,从新建盖梁预应力张拉、旧墩柱切割、施工监控数据的采集,均需保证新盖梁外包旧盖梁的安全可靠。凤凰山隧道工程起点立交匝道下穿广河高速公路,需切除广河高速公路右幅高架桥82#墩,并新建大跨门架墩替换既有82#桥墩。介绍了新建大跨门架墩的结构有限元分析、施工过程,切除原广河高速公路82#墩的墩柱并完成由四柱桥墩受力体系改变为双柱桥墩受力体系的转换和监测。
Application of pier cap underpinning technology in Engineering can solve the constraints from the ex-isting structure when the new project underpassing the existing structure. Good coordination between design, construction and monitoring is necessary for the new and old pier or cap beam, as from the prestressing of new cap beam, old pier cutting, to data collection for construction monitoring, the safety and reliability of the new cap beam covering the old cap beam shall be guaranteed. The starting interchange ramp of Fenghuangshan Tun-nel Project goes underpassing Guanghe expressway, where viaduct pier No. 82 of right side of Guanghe Express-way shall be removed and replace with a new large span portal frame pier. In this paper the structure finite ele-ment analysis and construction process of the new large span pier have been introduced, as well as the system transfer and monitoring of the original four pier stress system being changed into double column pier when pier No. 82 of Guanghe Expressway being removed.
