结肠癌肿瘤干细胞相关因子研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 结肠癌是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,在世界范围的肿瘤发病率排名前列,每年约超过100万新发病例,呈逐年增加趋势,近年来,随着人们生活方式和饮食结构的变化,其发病趋于年轻化。结肠癌的复发转移和药物抵抗是导致其病死率高和预后差的重要影响因素。研究结肠癌肿瘤干细胞特异性标志物,探索其相关信号通路,有利于阐明结肠癌发生发展机制,为结肠癌靶向治疗提供新的思路。
