摘要
采用化学成分分析、力学性能测试、冲击试验、低倍、金相检验、超声波探伤等方法对某工程中焊接低合金高强度钢板时批量出现焊接缺陷的原因进行了分析。结果表明,缺陷出现的原因为母材中存在较大尺寸低熔点的非金属夹杂物,在焊接时热影响区母材中的夹杂物受热熔化,导致出现孔洞,在探伤时被检出。
By means of chemical compositions analysis, mechanical property test, impact test, macroscopic examination, metallographic examination and ultrasonic flaw detection, formation reasons of the welding batch defects which were found when welding low alloy high strength steel in a project were analyzed in this paper. The results show that the causes of the defect are larger and low melting point non-metallic inclusion existed in base metal, the inclusions in the base metal of the heat affected zone are melted by heat during welding result in holes appearance which were detected by nondestructive testing.
