摘要
太平湾临港经济区地处大连瓦房店市西北沿海的土城、永宁两个乡镇,陆域和海域规划面积为342 km^2。本文根据生态基础水系统规划,提出采取合理的水利工程措施,保留重要的坑塘湿地,适当的拦蓄,合理调配、集中使用和排放降水径流,以构建完整的水系结构网络。
The Taipingwan port economic zone is located in the Tucheng and Yongning towns at the northwest coast of Wafangdian of Dalian City,its planning area of land area and sea area is 342km2.Based on the ecological basis water system planning,the paper provides some reasonable water conservancy engineering measures to construct the complete water system network,these measures include reserving important pond and wetlands,the proper storage and the reasonable allocation,centralized use and discharge of the precipitation runoff.
