小麦抗旱基因工程研究进展 被引量:13

Research Advance on Drought-Resistant Genetic Engineering of Wheat

摘要 小麦是人类重要的粮食作物,干旱是影响小麦产量、质量和种植范围的非生物胁迫因子,近年来小麦抗旱基因工程发展迅速。本研究总结了国内外小麦抗旱基因工程最新的研究成果。从与抗旱相关的转录因子类基因、LEA蛋白基因、信号转导相关基因、代谢调节相关基因、氧化调控相关基因5个方面对小麦抗旱相关基因的克隆情况进行了总结并从转化受体和转化方法、抗旱基因导入小麦的研究现状两个方面对转基因小麦进行了总结。最后,对提高小麦抗旱基因工程的研究效率提出了建议。 Wheat is an important food crop in the world, and drought is an important abiotic stress factor which seriously affects the yield, quality and cultivation extent of wheat. In recent years, drought-resistant genetic engineering of wheat has developed rapidly. In our research, we summarized the latest research achievements in drought-resistant genetic engineering of wheat at home and abroad. We summarized the cloning of genes related to drought resistance in wheat from five aspects including the transcription factor genes, LEA protein genes, signal transduction genes, metabolism regulation genes and oxidation regulation related genes, and we also summarized the research advance of transgenic wheat from two respects including the transformation receptors and transformation methods, and the research status of transgenic wheat with exogenous drought-resistance genes. At last, we put forward some suggestions to improve the efficiency of drought-resistant genetic engineering of wheat.
